E-tickets are sold by “Blue IT” Ltd, reg. No. 40103864793, registered address Skolas iela 3-30, Salaspils, LV-2121, hereinafter TRADER.
The TRADER sells electronic tickets on behalf of its cooperation partner and actual service provider “Rundāle Palace Museum”, reg. No. 90000045601, registered address Rundāle Palace, Pilsrundāle, Rundāle Parish, Rundāle Municipality, Latvia, LV-3921, hereinafter referred to as SERVICE PROVIDER. All rights and obligations pertaining to electronic tickets are determined and effected by the SERVICE PROVIDER. The TRADER is not responsible for the quality of the provided services, information or advertising.
Upon payment, the ticket buyer accepts the general terms and conditions, data protection and confidentiality policy, delivery and return policy.
The fee for the services provided by the TRADER is 0.25 EUR + 6% per ticket, the total amount of the order shall not exceed the amount at the checkout.
Ticket prices may vary until the moment the ticket buyer has added tickets to their shopping basket.
The TRADER is not responsible for complying with the ticket prices sold by the SERVICE PROVIDER via other retail channels. The SERVICE PROVIDER has the right to develop own ticket sales strategy, including special offers or special prices, without notifying the TRADER, electronic ticket holders or potential buyers.
The TRADER is not responsible for checking the ticket buyer's eligibility to purchase tickets at a discounted price, including age restrictions, proof of required documents and compliance with the minimum number of purchased tickets. The eligibility of the ticket buyer in such cases is established by the SERVICE PROVIDER at the service provision location.
It is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to check before purchasing tickets that none of the group members have been granted a free visit, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 11 “Price list of public paid services provided by Rundāle Palace Museum” (issued on 9-Jan-2024).
To access the services of a tour guide, the ticket buyer must check the availability of guides before purchasing tickets by calling the SERVICE PROVIDER during the opening hours on +371 63962197, +371 26499151 or by e-mailing booking@rundale.net.
The SERVICE PROVIDER has the right to restrict access to certain premises during special events, without notifying either the TRADER or the holders of electronic tickets or potential buyers. In such cases, the payment for the purchased electronic tickets is not refunded.
The SERVICE PROVIDER has the right to change the opening hours without notifying either the TRADER or the holders of electronic tickets or potential buyers. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the SERVICE PROVIDER’S opening hours before the planned visit.
The TRADER has the right to cancel the purchase of tickets if a possible fraudulent transaction or use of another person's means of payment has been suspected. The person suspected of fraudulent transaction may be prosecuted in accordance with the Criminal Law of the Republic of Latvia.
Neither the TRADER nor the SERVICE PROVIDER shall verify the identity of the ticket buyer or holder, nor shall they be liable for any losses that may occur therefrom.
The ticket buyer undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the electronic communication site e-tickets.rundale.net by copying, reproducing and re-publishing its data on other electronic communication sites or by downloading an unreasonably large amount of data.
By using the electronic communication site e-tickets.rundale.net, the user confirms and agrees to:
